UniCredit has adopted values and integrity to serve
as guiding principles for its employees

The values of UniCredit are universally applicable. They are rooted in the diversity of our multi-cultural corporate culture; they make UniCredit what it is today.
Six core values

The six core values of trust, fairness, transparency, respect, reciprocity and freedom are based on the axiomatic truth that integrity is a fundamental precondition of sustainable business success. These core values govern the way by which we transform income into value creation for all our stakeholders: customers, employees, shareholders and the communities in which we operate. Together, these core values represent the pillars of the Integrity Charter of UniCredit.

The Integrity Charter embodies the common values we all share; these values make up the identity of UniCredit and its companies in the 22 countries of Europe in which the Group operates. The Integrity Charter guides the conduct and work of everyone in the company, from top-level executives to vocational trainees. They help us resolve problems and conflicts in our day-to-day work.
